Royal Botanical Gardens Wedding: Julia & Chelsea
Julia and Chelsea decided to have a super-romantic, intimate, elopement-style wedding ceremony at the gorgeous Royal Botanical Gardens in Burlington, Ontario. I met up with them late one morning in mid-June. They arrived with their adorable little pup and just a few close friends to witness their ceremony - led by one of my favourite wedding officiants: the grounding and intentional Chris from Woven Threads.
Once we found the perfect spot among the blooming flowers - the ceremony began. Chris had the couple’s guests each take a turn holding their rings and speaking about the lovely couple. Julia and Chelsea then exchanged their own unique, meaningful vows, as well as rings, before Chris officially announced them married! The couple hugged their guests, signed their paperwork, and then it was time for portraits.
We explored Hendrie Park together, finding the perfect spots for wedding photos of the couple and their guests. It was such a perfect day to be photographing these lovebirds. I can’t thank Julia and Chelsea enough for inviting me along to capture their wedding!
